Any 4 column theme available for download on joomla or drupal?

Or! This is powerfull of drupal:
install any theme, install panels module, and you get 1,2,3,4,… count columned very flexible pages. For example, top is 1 column, under 2 column, middle is 4 column, last is 1 column, etc.
